Why Use Our Doors?
Our Interior Wood Doors are built with a Process called Opposed Grain Engineering or Stave Core. What's that?
The interior doors core is made with several pieces of solid wood that are laminated together. Each piece having the grain turned in opposite directions from each other to deter the other from twisting or bending. The Laminated Core method makes for an extremely stable door and higher reliability.

STAVE DOOR CONSTRUCTION		 The Other Guys
Produce their interior doors by simply using a particle board core. This type of door may look nice and have a heavy weight to them (particle board is heavy), but rest assured the sawdust and glue core is not strong and is susceptible to moisture and humidity. Completely unrepairable when it swells. This method is very affordable for the manufacturer.
